At IN BED, we want you to love your home essentials; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective bedding bags and place them inside a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
